What is ISO E SUPER? 

Iso E Super is one of the most versatile odor molecule ever and it is in almost every fragrance today. It’s a fragrance booster, helps improve longevity, and brings out clarity of notes and makes them smell more of itself; perhaps even hyperreal. The odor molecule provides a sandalwood-like and cedarwood-like notes to various medium such as perfumes and functional products. “smooth, woody, amber with unique aspects giving a ‘’velvet’’ like sensation. How come i can't smell your ISO E SUPER perfume?

More often we hear people who can't smell our singular molecule is due to a few factors.

 Fragrance materials, such as musk, that some people are highly sensitive to, while others find them hard to detect. Most people, however, detect these ingredients within a normal range of sensitivity.

Iso E Super as "less an aroma than an effect which lends an indefinable radiance to the wearer". It's one of the mysterious qualities of Iso E Super that it seems to vanish and re-appear. This is because of the way it bonds with receptors in the olfactory system, only slowly releasing to make way for a fresh charge of the molecule on the receptors.

It’s possible that you may be experiencing anosmia or hyposmia. Anosmia is smell-blindness and can be brought on by factors such as a blocked nose during a cold, chronic sinusitis, or allergy (hay fever). You can also experience post viral anosmia that continues after the virus has left the body.

International order is currently unavailable for fragrances as it is classified as *dangerous goods.

How will my order be processed, shipped and what is the cost?

Orders will be despatched from our warehouse in Sydney within 24hours and you receive a tracking number for your order as soon as it is despatched.

We ship all orders via Australia Post standard delivery. Your order will be delivered in 1-3 working days to metro areas, and 3-7 working days to regional areas.

Your parcel may be automatically left in a safe location, please be sure to check your mailbox and surrounding areas, such as behind bins, under door mats etc, if you reside with other members, have a reception, mailing room or have neighbours closeby please be sure to check with them if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf. If you are still unable to locate your order, please get in contact with the courier as soon as possible, as they will be able to clarify where your parcel has been delivered to and where the driver has left your order. If you are unable to get in touch with the courier company directly, please let us know and we will contact them on your behalf.

My order is delayed, lost or damaged items

Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact the transport company based on your order shipping method

What is the refund and exchange policy?

All purchases on our website are final so please choose your purchase carefully. In the event that you have received an incorrect or faulty product please contact us. For more information please refer to our 'Return & Refund Policy' section located at the bottom of the page.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once your order has arrived back at our warehouse, please allow up to 2-10 business days for your return to be processed. We will always contact you via email once this has been processed.

What do I return my items in?

You can use the packaging that the parcel was delivered in, if it is in a condition that it can be securely returned, or you can purchase a new satchel from the post office at your own expense.

What happens if my item is faulty or damaged?

Should goods arrive damaged or faulty, we may provide a replacement item or credit note as appropriate. Please contact us immediately in the event of damage or faults.

Please provide digital photographs that the item arrived damaged. This information will be used to file a claim with our courier.

Are returns acceptable?

All purchases on our online store are final so please choose your purchase carefully.

Can change or cancel my order?

We start processing your order as soon as the order have been placed, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it.

If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.

How do i track my order?

You will recieve a shipping confirmation email the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse. It will contain a tracking number, and tracking link.
